The list may not contain all possible combinations. When a given set of games eliminates multiple spots the case is listed in the lowest spot only.

Case 2
Air Force loses to Mercyhurst in regulation, and
Army beats Bentley in OT or in a shootout
Case 3
Air Force beats Mercyhurst in OT or in a shootout, and
Bentley beats Army in regulation

Air Force loses to Mercyhurst in regulation, and
Holy Cross beats Canisius in regulation, and
RIT beats Niagara in regulation
