Every team plays its 4 divisional opponents 13 times and its 10 non-divisional league opponents 6 or 7 times.
A team wins this tiebreaker if it wins (no ties) the H2H series against ALL other tiebreaker teams.
Note that for two teams there is no difference between this tiebreaker and the traditional H2H tiebreaker.
